With over 20 years of business-leading experience in multicultural environments (Asia, East, Middle East, Europe) I met through my work numerous people. I built my mindful teams with whom I shared my vision and guided them through worldwide service experience. 

Through my journey of leadership I noticed that as much as people matter to the success of a business, the business and job make a significant difference in their lives too. I have my genuine belief in an equation:

Business/job makes people happy and secure = happy people contribute to a                  business’s success

I help people to find their path by being guided by a need for their self-expression. Self-expression is key to finding a balance that brings coherence across all life areas and creates harmony in one’s life. I help businesses to grow organically by creating a brand essence that incorporates soulful culture, an environment where people thrive and their engagement and performance create a ripple effect leading to the success of an organization.

A workplace is an environment where people express themselves through creativity showing up as experts in their genius area, their area of competence. Fulfilling a need for self-expression is a great way to feel resourceful and aligned with oneself. In simple words, it results in well-being and happiness.

I have a strong desire to help people to understand how much they are unique, their power to create their own success stories, and their ability to find every answer within themselves. My passion for seeing people find their way is deeply rewarding to me. I chose to focus on mentoring, coaching, and business consulting.
