General Terms and conditions

Connect & Consult LW Sàrl agrees to treat all information shared during sessions as private and confidential.

Please take note that a coach is not a professional therapist or psychotherapist.

A coach is there to teach you strategies to become personally empowered.

1. About coaching sessions:

· You will have scheduled in advance 45-60-minute sessions 

· At the scheduled time, you will follow a ZOOM meeting link as instructed in the received email

· If you have to cancel your scheduled coaching session, a 24-hour notice is required. Otherwise, that missed session will count as an actual session

· The sessions will be recorded (audio-video). If you don’t wish this to occur, please let me know upfront and I will choose not to record it for you

2. What you can expect from a coach:

· Full attention and holding space for you

· Full presence and doing the utmost

· Text and voice messages communication support between the sessions 

· Tailor-made service meeting your needs

3. What a coach expects from you:

· Your fool presence, openness, and willingness to do the work needed so you can move forward 

· Doing your homework if it becomes necessary

· Your full responsibility for the decisions and actions you take to create every change and desire in your life 

· Being mindful of your well-being during the coaching process and letting know if you feel uncomfortable and need more advice/support

· Your understanding that the coach makes no guarantee or warranties about any results to be achieved

4. Payment conditions:

The payment needs to be completed before the course commencement date.

5. Refund policy:

A refund can be made before the commencement of the sessions. 

6. Intellectual property:

The content of the coaching materials and the recordings are protected by copyright. Copying the materials for commercial purposes requires the written consent of Connect & Consult LW Sàrl.

7. Jurisdiction and dispute resolution:

Connect & Consult LW Sàrl is incorporated under the law of Switzerland, and any disputes that arise in connection with the agreement will only be dealt with in Switzerland .
